History
Founded in 1985, Concept Manufacturing is Thailand’s leading Costume Jewelry manufacturer, recognized for its refined jewelry craftsmanship and trustworthy for over 40 years. We have about 300 experienced workers.
CORE BUSINESS
Currently Concept core’s operation is Production of high quality costume and silver jewelry, mostly on OEM basis for customers in U.S.A., Europe, Japan and other Asian countries. We are specialized in cast jewelry with brass alloy and sterling silver, Swarovski crystal setting, CZ setting, and enameling. Our product’s safety and health standard comply with European and American standards.
Production
All the production processes are done in house. Our products are the result of our devotion to details and commitment to our business partners and end consumers with consistency in quality control. Quality inspections are applied to every production stage from receipt of raw materials to final delivery to customers.
Since our main business is OEM, we are always ready to listen and understand our customers’ requirements, concepts and alternatively develop the products to fulfill our customers’ requirements.
We have modern technology and CNC model-making machines together with our experienced model makers for transforming sketches into master models with accurate and exact scale.
We have in house plating facilities for copper, bronze, palladium, rhodium, gold, rose gold and ruthenium in highly polished, matt and antique finishing. Plating thickness can be varying up to customers’ requirements.
Our products
Our products are complied with European and American safety and health standards. We have an in house X-Ray machine to check composition of incoming raw materials and make sure we buy all components from only reliable sources. We periodically check our products to make sure they pass the limit of lead, cadmium and nickel release.
We have from time to time carried out factory audit for Social Compliance Policy by independent parties, such as SGS (Thailand) LTD. or Intertech (Thailand) Co., LTD.
